Rates given are on a per shot basis. A "shot" is edit point to edit point (as it exists in our library) up to ten seconds. Volume discounts available. Minute rates upon request.

We represent more than 300 independent producers and dozens of other libraries on a commission basis. Some are more negotiable than others. We will always do our best to work within your budget. This rate sheet supercedes all other rate sheets.

Lift fees are 50% of the license fee and may be applied after SF.V receives verification copy. Standard length of license is one year, except certain non-broadcast, TV and theatrical uses.

Lab transfer costs for master element:

$200 - 1 to 4 shots per lab
$300 - 5 to 10 shots per lab
$500 + - film negatives

Multiple shot orders can come from more than one lab.

Custom viewing cassettes:

3/4" or VHS are $100 to $300 and up depending on how much material you wish to view. Demo cassettes are usually shipped within 24 hours.

Payment and shipping:

License and lab fees are payable in full, in U.S. dollars, before master elements are shipped. Master elements are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery of master is dependent upon lab schedule and time that order is placed. All master elements must be returned with a verification copy of finished job. Shipping charges are handled using your courier account number.
