1. Call SF.V with your concept.

Fax us storyboards, scripts, wish lists; call and talk with one of our creatives; or send us an email request. We'll tell you what shots we can provide from our vast library of images. Give us a little flexibility and we can really get creative; give us a specific request and we'll run with it. Either way, we'll give you all the background on what footage options are open. There is no cost or obligation.

2. Custom Viewing Cassettes

We'll custom edit your shots on a 3/4" or VHS preview cassette with visible time code. Demo fees vary depending on the size of the search, but the average cost is between $100 and $300. We'll give you all of the possible choices, shipped against your Federal Express account number, and invoice you on a thirty day billing cycle.

3. Pick your shots.

Use the demo to do a rough cut if you like. Think about all of the headaches you've saved yourself by not shooting.

4. Place your order.

We'll need this information to process and turn around your order within 48 hours:

• Collection initials [ex.:(NN)]
• In-point and out-point time codes for each shot (we'll always give you roll-in and roll-out for your edit).
  
• A description of each shot.
  
• What master elements you'll require (1", D-2, Beta SP, etc....).
  
• When and where to ship them.

5. Payment policy.

After we've negotiated the best possible rate with our cinematographers, we'll fax you an invoice. Payment of the license and lab fees is required prior to shipment of masters, so you can send the check via FedEx and we'll get those masters to you when you need them, where you need them.

6. One final note.

While you're in post production, we'll be preparing your license agreement. After your project is completed, we'll issue your fully executed copy when we receive the master elements and a verification copy of the production.
